Refunds & Returns

Except as stated above under damaged Goods we will not accept the return of goods for refund unless, in our sole opinion, they are not up to the acceptable quality standard we believe you would expect.

We will not accept any return of goods if they have been cut in any way since receipt by you. If goods are accepted for return, we will offer you the choice of replacement or refund. Any refund will only be made by the same method as payment was originally received.

No returns will be accepted if you change your mind because the product isn’t what you expected. We recommend that you request a cutting to be certain of your decision.

Any return or refund must be discussed within 7 days of purchase.

This includes mixed batch colour variances resulting from: under ordering and/or placing orders at different dates.

Please carefully read our Terms & Conditions of Sale and Returns and Exchange Policy, as we assume no liability, will not accept any returns or refunds, once you’ve used any product.

All goods - Cushions and Fabric.

Any costs associated with an approved exchange for any reason other than the product being faulty will be at the buyers expense and subject to a 30% restocking fee. 

Availability

Sometimes products are out of stock or are discontinued without notice. Should goods, for any reason, not be supplied to you, you will not be charged for those goods otherwise any monies paid for those goods, will be refunded. The refund will be processed as per the method in which it was received. Compensation will not be offered for any losses incurred as a result of the product not being supplied.

 

International

Many of the brands distributed by Homme Upholstery website are subject to licensing agreements and are not able to be shipped internationally.

 

Damaged Goods

As soon as goods are delivered to you, we absolve responsibility of them. Should you delay accepting the delivery of said goods, our responsibility ends on the date the carrier attempted to deliver goods to you. Should goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 24 hours in writing by email. If you do not notify us within this time, we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. If you return goods to us damaged on arrival and they are found to be undamaged these will be returned to you and a fee of 30% of the purchase price of the goods plus the costs of carriage will be charged to

you. Any goods returned to us as damaged and found to be so will either be  replaced by us or the full purchase price refunded to you. Any refund will only be made by the same method as payment was originally received.

Check carefully for faults, and if the goods are being manufactured or installed by a third party, make sure they check the goods thoroughly on your behalf. We cannot accept returns or claims for credit once goods have been cut or made up.

 

Your acceptance

You understand that by using the Website, you are accepting and agreeing to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is also available on the website and which is incorporated herein by reference. Please do not use the website if you do not agree with these Terms of Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the website is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Conditions at any time in our sole discretion and without notice. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the website after we have posted changes to these Terms of Conditions
means that you agree to be bound and abide by the changes, so please check the Terms of Conditions regularly for any changes.
